Report turnaround depends on the test panel. Many routine reports are available within the same day or next day; specialised tests may take longer. You can collect printed reports at the lab desk or receive digital copies where e-reporting is enabled. Ask at booking for the option that suits you.

Some tests are booked directly; others may require a clinician’s request for clinical appropriateness. If you have a prescription, bring it or upload details when you book. It helps our lab team process the right panel and support your doctor’s follow-up.
