Home sample collection is available in select areas of Lucknow, subject to slot availability and test type. Call us or submit the callback form with your address and preferred time — we will confirm feasibility and any additional charges before scheduling.

Report turnaround depends on the test panel. Many routine reports are available within the same day or next day; specialised tests may take longer. You can collect printed reports at the lab desk or receive digital copies where e-reporting is enabled — ask at booking for the option that suits you.

Some tests are booked directly; others may require a clinician’s request for clinical appropriateness. If you have a prescription, bring it or upload details when you book — it helps our lab team process the right panel and support your doctor’s follow-up.

Coverage depends on your policy and insurer. Our billing team can guide you on cashless eligibility and pre-authorisation for eligible packages. For self-pay patients, package pricing is shared upfront before sample collection.
